About Us

The mission of Privacy Solutions is to protect businesses and consumers from the devastating effects of security breaches and identity theft. Currently, the greatest challenge to consumer privacy is identity theft and corporate data breaches. Since February 2005, 150 million consumers have been victims of a corporate data breach. Much of this data is being warehoused for future use in identity theft. In additional financial misuse like opening credit cards in a victims name, twenty-two percent of identity theft victims report that their identity was used in some “non-financial” way such as commission of a crime or filing of false tax returns. Privacy Solutions Services addresses both financial and non-financial identity theft misuse.

Privacy Solutions was formed in 2005 to aggregate the existing technology of Annowa, LLC (led by two former ChoicePoint Inc.(NYSE) executives) and the distribution channels of Invision Multimedia, Inc. Annowa’s technology, originally designed to provide pre-employment screening to over 1000 businesses, was adapted to deliver Privacy Solutions’ “Early Alert” product. Privacy Solutions’ proprietary products are designed to be secure, scalable, preventative and consumer friendly.

Our Principals - John R. Martin, CEO

Mr. Martin is President of Invision Multimedia, Inc. He has managed a variety of companies at the executive level for the past twenty-five years, including start-ups, developing companies, and major corporations.

Prior to founding Invision Multimedia, Mr. Martin served as President of Invision, Inc., a division of Louis & Partners, a nationally recognized marketing design firm. Invision, Inc. specialized in "new media" development and was chosen by Time Warner to be one of five web site developers for the launch of Road Runner, its cable Internet access service. Other notable clients included Ohio Edison, Fisher-Rosemont, and Alpha Enterprises.

Mr. Martin also served as General Sales Manager for Teledyne Monarch Rubber's Industrial Tire Division, responsible for sales, marketing, advertising and the general day-to-day operations of the division. Under his direction, the division became one of Teledyne's "Top Ten Most Profitable Divisions" of their over 110 companies.

As the Executive Vice-President of Physicians Weight Loss Centers, Mr. Martin guided this fledgling company from ten to more than eighty locations and profitability within 18 months. His efforts produced the groundwork for the company to grow to over 500 locations. In 1991, Mr. Martin co-founded Inner Resource Corporation and as Vice President was responsible for all non-technical aspects of the start-up and the continuing management of the company.
